Glen Arbor community provides annual things to do on the 4th of July: from Flag raising, fire dept pancake breakfast, parade through town and a boat parade on the Glen Lakes.
On the 4th – the Flag raising ceremony at Old Settlers Park at 10am sharp, to the Parade downtown Glen Arbor beginning at 12pm in Glen Haven then making it’s way through to the North/East end of town. If you’re a boater, you can join in on the boat parade 4th of July evening on Glen Lake beginning at 4pm in front of the Yacht Club.
Head on down to Glen Arbor and shop/dine – most places are open for at least half the day for visitors. Grab a spot and enjoy the big 4th of July Parade downtown Glen Arbor, beginning at 12pm. The parade leaves from Glen Haven then makes it’s way through to the North/East end of town. This years parade Marshal is Bonnie Quick.
Thursday, July 4th, 2019 @4pm ~ Glen Lake Boat Parade All boats Welcome, the more the merrier! Boat Decorations encouraged but not required! Meet in front of the Glen Lake Yacht Club Follow the “On The Narrows Marina” lead boat along the shore of Glen Lake through the bridge and Little Glen and back .
All boats are welcome to join the 2022 4th of July boat parade on the Glen Lakes for some fun in the sun. Decorations are encouraged but not required. The more the merrier! Start time is @ 3pm on the water near the Glen Lake Yacht Club ( 6617 Sunset Drive, Glen Arbor ) Other
The 2023 version of the Annual 4th of July Boat Parade is a go! No need to register or RSVP - just show up. Meet on the water at 3 pm in front of Glen Lake Yacht Club and head towards the Narrows. We'll go under the bridge and out towards the boat ramp, then
