The Northwestern Michigan College student and community musicians kick off the Glen Arbor Arts Center’s 2019 Manitou Music series with a concert of wide-ranging favorites for the whole family on Wednesday, July 3, 7 pm. This FREE annual event takes place outside on the lawn, at the Old Schoolhouse in Glen Arbor, located at: 6363
Stargazing and Constellation Lessons at the The Leelanau School Observatory in Glen Arbor. Open to the Public. Takes place Wednesday and Thursday nights, June 26 – Aug. 29 (Closed July 4), from 10:00 p.m. until midnight --- if skies are clear. Glen Arbor 4th of July Parade Head on down to Glen Arbor and shop/dine – most places are open for at least half the day for visitors. Grab a spot and enjoy the big 4th of July Parade downtown Glen Arbor, beginning at 12pm. The parade leaves from Glen Haven making its way through to the North/East end of town.

Meet in front of the Glen Lake Yacht Club Follow the “On The Narrows Marina” lead boat along the shore of Glen Lake through the bridge and Little Glen and back .
