Painting Demonstration with Lisa Flahive

Traverse City artist Lisa Flahive will conduct a painting demonstration at Center Gallery, 6023 S. Lake St., Glen Arbor, on Saturday, Sept. 10, 1 p.m. The event is open to the public.

Flahive paints the immediacy of local streets, beaches, cafes and jazz clubs. She is artist-in-residence for Chateau Chantel Wintery in Traverse City. Her view of these diverse worlds will be on display in a series of new works at Center Gallery, 6023 S. Lake St., Glen Arbor, Sept. 2-15.
