The GLCL Summer Reading Program continues with a special Saturday morning presentation by Julie Dickerson, author of the newly published “Beaches, Boats and Birds: a Lake Michigan alphabet book”. Julie will share her charming book, then lead kids through a fun hands-on craft project to help celebrate our beautiful lakeshore. Our regular Thursday morning SRP programs will resume on July 11. Young learners are also invited to to sign up for the Summer Reading Club, earning rewards by tracking their reading over their summer vacation. Get the official Reading Log at the library.
