The Glen Lake Chamber celebrates the kick off of the season each year with this Springtime dinner for members and friends. Hosted this year by Graeme at Little Traverse Inn.

Chicken Tikka Masala – Cream onion and tomato based dish made with garlic, ginger and coconut milk, prepared with marinated chicken breast.
Beef Wellington – Prime Cut Tenderloin baked in a filo pastry crust served with a mushroom duxelle
Chutney Burger – Our jalapeno, cheddar cheese and bacon stuffed 1/2lb patty topped with Canadian Bacon, Swiss cheese and our homemade Apple and Tomato Chutney. Served with our signature French fries
Fish & Chips – Flaky Pollack wrapped in our special Yorkshire Beer batter, served with our signature fries and tartar sauce
Pan Seared Salmon – Seasoned filet of Scottish Salmon pan seared with garlic butter, served with asparagus and seasoned rice
