Glen Arbor’s 2023 “Season Opener” winners are announced! Visitors and locals alike were invited to “Kick off the season” with a fun “spend local campaign” in the Glen Lake region from Friday, May 19th-Sunday, May 21st.
Event “Batter Cards” were made available to pick up at M22 Glen Arbor and Cottonseed Apparel. Participants could then take their card around town to “run the bases.” Participants would have stopped into six participating businesses in the area to see if you can score a home run! Purchases were encouraged but not required.
1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners were selected from those who turned in their event cards.

Congrats to this year’s Season Opener winners: 1st: Sherri Schoeremann (Glen Arbor), 2nd: Lisa Fedewa (Portland MI), 3rd: Lisa Swihart (Lansing). Each received “Glen Arbor Bucks” to spend in and around Glen Arbor in the 2023 calendar year.
